How to Sanction a League

The BCA Pool League is the world leader in sanctioning independent pool leagues – with nearly 500 leagues in 46 states and 8 countries.

Sanctioning your league is easy.  Take a moment now to download and review the League Operators Manual below.  When you are ready to proceed, request a start up email from Sara Bayliss at sara@playcsipoolcom, and follow the simple instructions.

You will first request authorization to use LeagueSys to help you administer the league -- https://www.leaguesys.net/.  Be sure to look at what LeagueSys will do for you … it can really make your life as a League Operator much easier.

Prior to starting your league, you will need to pay a $200 sanction application fee, which will go toward your members’ sanction fees, and provide us with your League Sanction Application forms, pages 7-10 in the League Operator’s Manual.  The $200 deposit will be treated as a credit toward your new league if we accept your sanction, and is not refundable if you walk away or if a conflict prevents us from accepting your sanction for any reason.

You will submit the League Membership fees ($15/player/league year) with your initial sanctioning.

As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
